Officer Meeting 10/4/09

For the Kitt Peak tour, we might not getting a tour of the 90 inch
Members are leaving at 10 am from the Steward parking lot
Members need to bring own lunch and jackets
There will be a game night 12 days
There is a movie night with the Astronomy club this friday
Kyle will have office hours finalize and posted on the door
Kyle should inform due paying members of the locker storage in the office
The Office Rules will be posted
Kyle will talk about his summer next meeting, grad student will talk about his research the week after
Keri will ask the UA radio club to talk about his NASA work on Oct 26th
Instead of having a normal meeting for SEDS before SpaceVision, we will have a volunteer meeting
Flandrau is having a halloween event and UASEDS will bring telescope and/or volunteer
Kyle will order UASEDS shirts Wednesday
Other events: mirror lab tour after spacevision; game night on dead day
