Officer Meeting 08/16/09

-first meeting will be on the second Monday of the school year at 4 pm.
-club dues: $20 for both semesters; $10 for each
-mouthly star parties
-big trips: California, Utah, Colorado
-small trips: Raytheon, MMT, LBT, Kitt Peak, Skycenter
-announce the open officer positions at the first meeting
-clean the office before school starts
-contact someone from the Rockoccon team to see what they did to the office
-write up the telescope manual
-hand out sign-up sheets for T-shirts
-have dues paying members write their information on membership forms and Space Grant forms
-Fall Club Fair: the first Thursday from 10 am to 2 pm
-plan for trips to the IMAX in Phoenix for space-themed movies
