Officer Meeting 4/6/09

Mike will send out an email for the elections
The elections will take place in the last week of the school year
Candidates that are interested in running for a position need to email Mike by next week
Amendments to the constitution will be made before the election
The trips will be paid for before the T-shirts are
Checks are needed to reimbursement people for the trips
The snack store stacker won't be a key holder position
There are 15 people that are interested in going to the LBT
There will probably be a 6 passenger van with the HOV
There will be a picnic prepared that will be paid for by SEDS
UASEDS members need to pay $10 and non-members need to pay $15
Game night this weekend
The Unreasonable team invited SEDS to one of their launches next friday
There will be pizza for last meeting
