Officer Meeting 4/20/2009

UASEDS will be getting a fridge from Astro
There will be 17 people going on the LBT trip
UASEDS will be renting an HOV and van
UASEDS memebers can get their club T-shirts at the meeting
UASEDS will pay for the entrance fee for the ISDC (5 yes, 0 no, 1 netural
UASEDS will be selling shotglasses at the ISDC
Mike will update the UASEDS computers with their needed programs
Only three people are running for the UASEDS elections
Mike will send out another email to the members
There will be pizza at the election meeting
There will be a UASEDS Game Night on Wednesday May 6
Current UASEDS officers that are not going to be in their positions next semester need to write up a report on their position
