UASEDS will not be using the OrgSync that is provided by UA for general member use
JACOBS is interested in sending speakers to our Space Vision 2009
UASEDS T-shirts will be coming next week
UASEDS members that placed an order need to pay $10 at this meeting
Coleen offered to create a new officer position to interpretation of the constitution (voted: 1 yes; 11 no; 13 neutral)
To be able to be a candidate for a position, a member needs to be at two meetings
Two weeks before the election, there will be an announcement of who is running
One week before the election, there will be an email with the statements that the candidates will provide
There will be free pizza at the election meeting
UASEDS members that are interested in going to the LBT trip need to pay $10 by Game night
Game night is this Friday at 7 pm
