Officer Meeting Minutes 3/9/09
No posters have been placed up for the raffle
The raffle is about $50 shy of breaking even
Coleen is doing a summer project with minority students and will like to have volunteers help her with running it
The max amount of positions that a candidate can run for is 2 (5 yes, 0 no, 1 neutral)
Addition to the constitution: Member that fail to be dues paying members after a time of school will be given their prorated due money back
For the New Mexico trip, there is a $45 charge for members that don't meet with member status
Addition to the constitution: alumni clause
$200 is going to go towards buying things for telescope repairs during the break
Gen Next, take our kids to work, will occur on April 23rd from 9-10:30am
Kyle will present this event in more detail at the next General Meeting
The Girl Scout event will have a bunch of activities
UASEDS and Astronomy Club will bring out their telescopes
There will be Air power Rockets projects and other kinds of small rocket projects
There will be tours of HIRise and Steward
