The UASEDS calendar was presented to the club members
From Feb 27 to Mar 1, there is going to be an Arizona Rocket Gathering
UASEDS members that are going on Sunday at the very least
There is a Venus and Moon viewing on Feb 27 from 5pm-9pm
There is a Saturn, Venus, and Moon viewing from Mar 6 to Mar 7
There is a Girl Scout event on Mar 28 from 6pm-8:30pm
There is a Messier Viewing event on Mar 28 from sunset to sunrise, if interested, contact Josh Nelson
Rock On! is a workshop for rocket payload that Space Grant is paying for three students from SEDS to attend in the summer
Kyle will email the process for the selecting of the students
Talk to Pye Pye about obtaining tickets for the raffle iPod
There is a book signing for Spaceship 1 at Barnes and Noble
There will be a game and movie night with Astronomy club on Feb 20
Flandrau is willing to offer training of their telescopes to UASEDS members
There is a conference in Phoenix called Space Access from Apr 2-4, contact Josh Nelson if interested in attending
The New Mexico trip is planned to happen around the weekend of Apr 3
This Saturday there is a podcast filming at noon and telescope fixes at 2pm
This Sunday there is a Space Vision conference planning at noon and a rocket project planning meeting at 2pm
UASEDS dues is $10 and it allows you to run for election, attend trips at a reduce cost and voting rights
There is an Engineering Club Fair on Monday at 12pm-2pm, contact Triana for maintaining the booth
