Officer Meeting Minutes 1/26/09

Two possible speakers for two future meetings are Pinto, maybe next week, and Angel
The Mirror Lab tour is a sure thing
The Rockoon project might launch in the end of the year
Katie isn't project leader for the rockoon project and Matt is the new project leader [6 yes, 0 no, 0 neutral]
Kyle will give list of people's SID to Susan for to make sure that they are in good academic standing
Things to bring to the career fair are rockets, telescope, etc
The telescope picture will happen before meeting and maybe in front of Steward
Voting for new officer meetings: weekends (0 yes, 6 no) Monday 11 am (5 yes, 1 no) 7 pm (1 yes, 5 no)
There will be a larger rocket launch next month
A few members of the rockoon project might be able to go to Nevada over summer for testing rocket
UASEDS will help out filming podcast for the Outreach of National SEDS
Kyle will see if there is any interest among the members for getting HAM radio licensing
Kyle will see if there is any interest for members to attend a Machine shop class
Kyle will talk to Bleckle about the class
Kevin is to make a list for places to see on the New Mexico trip
Raffling off an 8G iPod touch will start in Feb
