Officer Meeting Minutes 12/4/08

General Meeting is at 4:30 pm
Rocket meeting is on Sunday at 2 pm
Space Vision is meeting on Sunday at 12 pm
Final movie/game night is on Wednesday at 7 pm
Kyle will look into seeing if getting Sam Club membership for the club is beneficial
Next semester: Rocket project, Space Vision, Mirror Lab tour, LBT tour
Meeting times: Wed or Thurs 4 pm
Officer meeting times: to be determine at a later date
Chapter:
National SEDS needs a point of contact for a position of Educational Outreach (elected or pointed), SEDS blog will be posted on by various chapters and companies, SEDS calendar is to be given out to local high schools, SEDS video podcast will be a presentation on projects and places that the chapters are allowed to access, National SEDS wants chapter updates
Trebuchet competition is almost official dead
Kyle will plan on getting people talk about their research
UASEDS needs to find a permanent way to transport the telescope
UASEDS will keep the National documents in the office in a storage place in the back room
Fundraising: Rafling off items, shot glasses, SEDS T-shirts
