Announcements from the General Meeting

At the meeting today, several announcements were made.

First of all, today (Friday, 11/7) SEDS will plan on having a game night in
Steward (Room N305 is most likely). We will meet in the SEDS Office at 7 pm and
head over to Steward from there. You and any friends you wish to bring along are
welcome. Feel free to bring some games with you as well.

This upcoming Monday, November 10th, SEDS and Astronomy Club will be having a
joint Star Party on Windy Point near Mt. Lemon. There are plans to leave at
around 3 pm, and later around 7 pm for those with last classes. If you did not
attend the general meeting and are interested in attending the star party,
please email Pye Pye ( pye2zaw@email.arizona.edu ) as soon as possible. The
event is going to be a potluck event, so make sure to bring some food to share.

Also, the Arizona High Powered Rocketry Association will be launching some of
their rockets on Saturday, November 22nd at a location southwest of Phoenix.
SEDS is planning to attend to watch some of the high-powered rockets launch. If
