General Meeting Minutes - 10/30/08

The amendments for the constitution about member's privileges and requirements (8 [5]yes; 0 [0]no; 2 [0]neutral)
There are three members that are driving to Space Vision
There will also be a van rented from Motorpool to take the extra people and the telescope
There will be three hotel rooms and a few air mattresses
The cars will leave Wednesday night to arrive in Houston around noon before heading over to the conference
There is a sample schedule for the conference on SEDS.org through Google Calendar
The voting for the election and the conference proposal
Dean's excuses will be given for Thursday, Friday and Monday
There will be two meals that SEDS will pay for along the trip
The UASEDS national proposal meeting will be on Saturday at noon
We will present the proposal for the members on the meeting
The trebuchet meeting happen yesterday
The team members that were at the meeting have a few designs in the works for the trebuchet
There will be another meeting in a week
There will be a tour of the 61" telescope given by Kevin
The group will meet at SEDS office at 1:30 pm on this Saturday
There's a Palulo Freire Freedom Middle school event on campus on Nov 18th at 6:30-8:30 pm
UASEDS will be bringing out our telescope to show the kids
The Halloween event starts tonight at 6 pm
UASEDS will bring out our telescope, help kids make bottle rockets, and balloon animals
The Halloween event continues tomorrow at 6 pm again
