I know in my group's case, we have some people arriving on Wednesday and some on Thursday and they are leaving at different times both from Phoenix and Tuscon. I was hoping that others may be interested in working to fill hotel rooms more completely (e.g. You have a empty bed, I have a person who could use it = perfect) and working to form up 4 person groups that will be going from Phoenix to Tuscon at the same approximate time to share a shuttle and get reduced prices. If you want to post what you have/need for these transportation and lodging items at the forum at http://forums.seds.org/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=3780 , we can set stuff up or possibly we can use this e-mail list to arrange things. My situation is that I have 2-3 people who may need hotel room space on Thurs/Fri night if anyone is short a few people those nights.
